The Pendleton County Economic & Community Development Authority was established in March of 1990 by a resolution from the Pendleton County Commission. The Board is bound to rules set forth from the WV State Code: 7-12. Currently, the Board consists of members from around the community and from an array of industries and organizations.
The PCECDA meets on a monthly basis at the Pendleton Community Center in Franklin, WV. Please see specific dates and times in our schedule below. Special meetings can be called throughout the year, check back often for posted times and dates.

Our offices are located in the Pendleton Business Center, which is located 3 miles south of Franklin off of US Rt. 220 and Thorn Spring Road, Suite 400. The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment.
